Education and Prior Experience

Prior to starting the Health Law Firm of Florida, Mr. Millsaps practiced law at some of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the country. Mr. Millsaps had worked at McDermott, Will & Emery as well as White & Case.

Webb Millsaps earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and his undergraduate degree from Duke University. Before he attended law school, Mr. Millsaps had demonstrated a passion for the healthcare industry by working at one of the nation’s largest health insurance companies.

Memberships

Mr. Millsaps is admitted to practice in Florida. In addition he is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.

Along with helping his clients navigate complex healthcare laws, Mr. Millsaps is also passionate about human rights work. Mr. Millsaps’ interest in human rights work began prior to law school and continues today. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Slavery No More, a non-profit human rights organization serving victims of human trafficking.
