My fiancé had a prenup drawn up by his lawyer with terms that he and I had previously discussed. I needed someone to review it and answer a few questions and give feedback. I was given quotes by other lawyers for as much as $1,800 flat rate which is ridiculous since I was just needing a review of it. I am so happy to have found Webb. He was honest and gave me a fair price for 2 hours minimum to review the contract and was straightforward about what his rate would be if I needed him to renegotiate for me any further. I would highly recommend him.

I would most definitely give Webb five stars. We needed an attorney to draft a relatively simple document, and I was amazed at some of the prices some of them wanted to charge. Beyond ridiculous. Webb was professional, took great care of us, was very responsive (answered the phone when I called him "hi Tim") and helped us draft the document quickly and cost effectively. Also super friendly and easy to work with. It seems like Webb is looking for a client for life, not just this transaction. We'll definitely use him again. Excellent credentials as well. A client had canceled a photoshoot, planned for over 1.5 months, last-minute after all of the wardrobe, accessories, and props had arrived. She was not opened to rescheduling and falsified stories and demanded her deposit back through her attorney's letter.
Webb promptly replied to my Thumbtack posting and called me to go over my case. He quickly understood my situation and explained all my options, and offered his recommendations. From his professionalism, confidence, and experience, I knew that Webb the attorney I needed to hire.
Webb reviewed all my emails with my client and replied to the attorney with a detailed, professional letter. He quoted my client showing that her prior statements contradicted what she was claiming and that she had no right to the deposit and still owed me the balance payment of the photoshoot.
I highly recommend Webb, and I will continue to use him for my contracts.

Mr Millsaps represented me when I was sued by my in laws over a past debt that they wanted to tie into a corporate settlement. He appeared in court on my behalf and was able to mediate an amicable settlement that I was quite pleased with. Mr Millsaps was able to keep the case out of future court dates and therefore saved me additional money in fees. I found that he was concerned about the money I spent and I appreciate that. Since that time I have referred many people to him ranging from trusts, real estate, and even criminal expongement law. As these are important customers to me I value the service. The reports back to me have been extremely positive. It’s nice to have an attorney with knowledge on a range of topics. Recently, I asked Mr Millsaps to represent me on a misdemeanor ticket issue. He was quick to tell me that he would prefer me to work with an associate and the results were favorable. I appreciate this as well as I have had attorneys in the past who took cases and money and due to their schedule were not effective. I would highly recommend Mr Millsaps.
